Sell provides future prospects for 17 young apprentices

Certified apprentices

On the 1st of August Sell welcomed 17 new apprentices in the commercial division as well as in the industrial area. There are also two young women who will be trained as technical product designer at Sell’s second location in Homberg/Ohm.
CEO Hans-Peter Traber announced that, for the strategic orientation of Sell, the education of young people will always be important for the company. High standards are set to the apprentices but Sell also provides them with great chances, an interesting job and due to the steadily growing passenger volume of approximately 6% per year with a secure working place.
Right from the beginning the apprentices are part of a programme providing them with information about the different working areas. Currently Sell employs 58 apprentices of whom 45 work in the industrial sector as aircraft mechanicians, electronic technicans or IT-specialists and 6 young people are trained in business administration. 7 additional apprentices work at the second location of Sell in Homberg/Ohm as technical product designer and 4 people realise their “Studium Plus” programme at Sell.
On the 4th of June 4 apprentices passed their exams successfully and do now work in the galley production, component production, electrical installation and sales department.
For the year 2009 we are already searching apprentices for the above named careers.
If you are interested to start your career at Sell, please send your CV to: Sell GmbH, Dr. Siegfried Strasse, 35745 Herborn.
