Sell GmbH selected as „Hessen Champion“
For the 6th time the initiators of the Hessen-Champion Competition – the Hessian Ministry for Economic Affairs and the Federation of the Hessian Employers Associations – have appreciated outstanding corporate achievements. The aim is to honour Hessian companies with a leading position in their field of business and/ or Hessian companies which have established more than the average number of new jobs or apprenticeship trainings. The prizes are awarded in the categories international market leader and job motor.
On the 31st of October, the Prime Minister of the German Federal State Hessen, Roland Koch, and the President of the Federation of Hessian Employees Associations, Dieter Weidemann, presented the 2nd prize in the category “international market leader” to Dr. Uwe Blöcker, President and Managing Director, and Isabella Schäfer, Head of Marketing and Public Relations.
„Sell has taken the chance to grow in the international market, but has kept its local roots”, Roland Koch commented during his speech. “You will find Sell galleys, bars, stairhouses, crew rest containers as well as ovens and coffee makers in almost all Airbus and Boeing aircraft.”
The award puts emphasise on Sell’s excellent reputation for premium quality, innovation and secure workplaces.
